Ingredients

Veal and pork meatballs
Mozzarella di Bufala
Local arugula
Plugra unsalted butter
Parmesano Reggiano, grated
Ciabatta bread
Salt, pepper, olive oil to taste

Preparation

  1. Split meatballs in half and heat up on tomato sauce.
  2. Sliced ciabatta bread and spread butter in both sides, toast in oven or grill until golden brown.
  3. Place meatballs on top of bread and top with sliced mozzarella cheese
  4. Place sandwich in a pan. Melt cheese in a hot salamander.
  5. Drizzle Arugula with olive oil, salt and pepper; add it to sandwich. Grate fresh parmesan on top and close with the other slice of ciabatta.
